The Fraser Valley is a beautiful region on the Fraser River basin in South Western BC. Accessible from Vancouver by crossing the mighty Fraser River via the Port Mann Bridge, the Patullo Bridge, The Alex Fraser Bridge, or the Massey Tunnel. There is also bridge access from Maple Ridge and Mission.

The Fraser Valley has many diverse communities including cities, residential and farming. Starting from the pacific coast it includes White Rock, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Hope.


White Rock – A seaside community, 45 minutes from Vancouver and 5 minutes from the Peace Arch border crossing. White Rock waterfront and pier with its quaint promenade is a popular destination for tourists and locals, known for its fish and chips, ice cream and shopping.  From single-family homes on small lots, to estate lots and multiple family homes, White Rock has a wide selection of housing. Ocean views from some sites are breathtaking. Property values have steadily increased due to White Rock's attractive setting and amenities.


North Delta - A middle class commuter town. Alongside North Delta is Burns Bog, the largest raised peat urban bog in North America. As well, Watershed Park provides walking and biking trails, North Delta is home to a large amount of green-space.


Surrey – Within Metro Vancouver, Surrey is the largest city in land area and the second most populous city. It is the only Fraser Valley community that offers quick access to downtown Vancouver via Sky Train which makes it highly desirable for people needing quick access to Vancouver. Home to Simon Fraser University and University district, the city has rich urban, residential and farming communities.


Langley - Langley City and the Township of Langley, situated East of Surrey. Langley offers residents all the amenities of a major urban centre, excellent shopping, dining world class schools, recreation, and events. Langley City is home to Kwantlen Polytech University. Langley sits on Highway 1 about 45 minutes south of Vancouver. Its experienced exceptional growth although it still feels like city living in the country.


Cloverdale - A towncentre in the City of Surrey that also borders on Langley. Originally a small farming community, Cloverdale is known as the historic centre of Surrey, home to many heritage sites and the City of Surrey museum. The quaint Cloverdale main street has been the set of TV series and films like Smallville and Deck the Hall to name a few. Cloverdale is also known for the annual Cloverdale Rodeo and Annual Fair.


Aldergrove - A community in the Township of Langley, bordering Abbotsford. Home of the Vancouver Zoo the Twighlight Drive in Theatre. Also home to one the lower mainlands five border crossings. A predominantly agricultural area.


Abbotsford - A City East of Langley, accessible 1.5hrs from Vancouver on Highway 1. Home to the Sumas border crossing to the SOuth. Much of Abbotsford is known for its beautiful views of Mount Baker in Washinton State. The Abbotsford metropolitan area has Canada's highest proportion of ethnic South Asians. Abbotsford's main industries are agriculture, transportation, manufacturing and retail. The city earns the highest dollar per acre of agricultural land in the country.


Mission - Mission is situated on the North Bank of the Fraser RIver, backing onto Mountains and Lakes. Mission is mostly forested uplands, over 40% of Mission is actually tree farm and home of Westminster Abbey.


ChilliwackChilliwack is located in the Upper Fraser Valley, 100 kilometres (60 mi) east of Vancouver on the Trans Canada Highway.. The City is bordered by the Fraser River on the North and the US border to the South. Originally predominantly Agricultural, now most residents are city dwellers. The City is surrounded by Tall mountain peaks and rivers; noted for its abundance of recreational activites.
